Return Policy
At Eco Farm, we offer a range of healthy fertilizer options for your plants. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and if for any reason you’re not happy with your healthy fertilizer or liquid fertilizer product, you may return it within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that liquid fertilizer products must not have been opened, as we cannot accept returns for opened products due to their perishable nature.
Please contact our customer service team at info@ecofarm.com to initiate the return process. We’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and you’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
